This is a hard topic for me to write about as I am largely still wrapping my head around how something that is everywhere could be the culprit of taking my immune system down.
Of course long term, the question is how do I make sure I’m no longer in an atmosphere that puts me right back into this IV chair, terrifying with a substance that is literally everywhere. In the air, in food, in coffee, in most buildings both commercial and residential, in planes, the list never ends…
For now, let’s focus on where I’m starting and how to get rid of it. The most potent treatment for mold toxicity (at this clinic) is amphoteracine, a nasty anti-fungal, generally used in life threatening fungal infections. My initial test was off the chart, literally, for ochra toxin. Ochra toxin is found in so many things!

Amphoteracine takes the cake as one of the “hardest” drug I’ve ever had coursing through my body. As most of my mold toxicity is in my brain, anything attacking the brain is less than fun.
My first quarter dose, was a ride for sure. I first started to get very cold, as if my feet were in an ice bucket. The cold feeling turned into shivering, which then went into full body tremors. I cuddled under a blanket in my IV chair and just tried to breath through it. Then my spine started convulsing in short bursts sending what felt like electrical current shocks to my brain. All of this lasted almost two hours. Finally it was time to deactivate the medicine, and as soon as the deactivating glutathione hit my veins, I fell right asleep-my body was exhausted!
During this round (two weeks), I was able to work up to a full dose of amphoteracine without any additional seizures!! I also could occasionally breath fully out of my nose for the first time in years. Now I’ve learned my sinus issues haven’t always been allergies but can also be the mold toxins!! Amphoteracine and I have a love/hate relationship. I can feel it working which is what I need but it brings a whole new meaning to breathing through the pain.
The Great Plains Mycotoxin lab work is what we use to show the mold toxins working through the body through urine, so it only shows what is actively circulating. Toxins stuck in fats or tissues would not show up in the lab however anything circulating the body sure does! Afte the first round, my labs showed reduction of the ochratoxin AND two new ones popped out of biofilm and tissues! Success!!

(Lab changed ranges to show positive ranges 4-20+- insted of negative range 1-4)
I’ll write another post on mold just dedicated to the steps I am taking to have a safe, mold free environment going forward 🙂
