Gluten free is used for a wide range meanings. It can mean a required diet from Celiac or a required diet from gluten intolerance or chosen diet for many reasons. No matter what the reason you are for gluten free, or going gluten free, it is hard! Trying to find new foods, new recipes, new restaurants and even new beauty products can be exhausting and frustrating but luckily there is now resources for everything gluten free!
The best philosophy I have found is decided what are deal breakers that I can’t live without and spend my energy researching and find the right replacement for the deal breakers. For me, it was the ability to travel, drink dry red wine and make lasagna. If I was able to do those three things, I could handle all of the other changes a gluten free lifestyle brought my way. Try to list out the deal breakers and prioritize finding replacements or alternatives to those first.
