Online Grocery shopping
Amazon – Use the Subscribe & Save option to get a discount. You have to have set order dates which can be as frequent as every week or as infrequent as every 6 months. It is a great way to get some of the more expensive dry goods at a discount and delivered to your door.
Thrive Market – Similar to an Amazon or Costco online concept except the products are not in bulk but you get the bulk savings with so much variety.
Eating Out
The only problem with Yelp is that searching “gluten free” will bring up lots of places that people said “no gluten free options” also. First either on the website or the app search gluten free in the location you want. Then under the restaurant search the reviews for “gluten free” to double check. You have to use the website – app doesn’t allow searching reviews. Then bookmark the ones you find/want to try. When I am traveling I usually bookmark 20-30 restaurants with different cuisines, price ranges and locations so I always have a quick answer if someone asks where I can eat.

It is actually a supplement that I have never used but they have great gluten free information with their newsletter that I use often
Alcohol – There is a lot of conflicting lists on alcohol, if you are skeptical check more sources – if you can’t find a few that say the same thing it probably isn’t gluten free!

Medications
Be very careful with medications! TEVA brand are NEVER gluten free and used for 85% of all generic brands. Find a pharmacy that will work with you and tell you what other generic brands they carry so you can call the manufacturers to find out if they are gluten free otherwise you will pay 4X more for the name brand. Most name brand medications are gluten free and most generic are NOT.
